How do I reserve a birthday party?
Birthday party reservations for the 2026 Season are not open yet. Please check back soon for the latest pricing and availability.
What are the steps for reserving a Celebration Package?
Celebration Packages will be available for purchase in late spring of 2026. Once reservations open, you’ll be able to view package details, choose your preferred date, and complete your booking online. Be sure to check back closer to the season for pricing and availability updates.
What if I select a date and don’t see availability?
The number of Celebration Package is limited each day. If you do not see availability for the date you are interested in please email [email protected].
Do I need to print my tickets?
Tickets can be scanned directly from your phone. You will either require data on your phone to retrieve the confirmation email at the waterpark or you can save the tickets to your phone in advance. Alternatively, you can print the tickets prior to visiting the waterpark.
How do I know where to go or where to instruct my guests to go on the day of the visit?
Check in at Guest Services inside the waterpark when you arrive. The person that booked the package will be required to show identification. The group leader is responsible for distributing tickets to their guests prior to their arrival or ensuring that all guests enter the waterpark together at the turnstiles.
Can I bring desserts for the party?
Yes, you can absolutely bring a dessert for the celebration! We recommend bringing cupcakes and donuts as they’re easier to serve and enjoy, making your experience more convenient. A friendly reminder that sharp objects, including knives, are not permitted inside the waterpark. Kindly be advised that Wet’n’Wild Toronto is unable to store desserts in a refrigerator or within any indoor facility. We are not responsible for any desserts brought to the park.
Can I bring decorations for the party?
Helium balloons and party favours are permitted along with bags as long as they do not contain any prohibited items such food, candy, or drinks. Other decorations are prohibited. Due to safety reasons, we cannot allow guests into the waterpark to set up before we open.
Tickets and meal vouchers do not need to be used on the same day and may be used anytime during the 2026 operating season. Pricing does not include HST. Price includes processing fees. No refunds are available for unused tickets and meal vouchers. The purchaser is responsible for distributing tickets to group members.
