Frequently Asked Questions
At what age does my child need an admission ticket?
Children 2 years of age and under can enter Wet’n’Wild Toronto without an admission ticket. Guests may be asked to present identification for age verification. Admission tickets are required for all guests aged 3 and older.
What do I do if my group gets separated?
It’s a good idea to arrange a meeting spot and time with your group in case anyone becomes separated. If you do get separated, visit Guest Services located near our lockers for assistance.
My child knows how to swim. Do they need to wear a life jacket?
For the safety of all guests, only the following flotation devices are permitted within the park: life vests, life jackets, and personal flotation devices that are approved by the Canadian Coast Guard, Transport Canada, or Fisheries and Oceans Canada. Please note that all personal flotation devices must include buckles and may not be inflatable. All personal flotation devices that do not meet these requirements will not be permitted into the park.
In accordance with the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care regulations, children under the age of 10 are required to always wear an approved life jacket or personal floatation device while in Class A Pools (Coconut Cove and Muskoka Soakah Lazy River) and Wave Action Pools (Big Surf Wave Pool). These individuals must also be accompanied by a Designated Companion* who always remains within arm’s reach.
Wet’n’Wild Toronto provides a limited number of approved life jackets on a first-come, first-served basis. To ensure availability, we recommend that guests bring their own personal flotation devices, so long as it meets the requirements and is approved by the agencies noted above.
* A Designated Companion refers to an individual who is responsible for supervising and assisting another guest, typically a child or someone with specific needs, while accessing rides, attractions, or facilities. Their primary role is to ensure the safety and compliance with the rules and regulations of Wet‘n’Wild Toronto. The Designated Companion must meet the following criteria: be a minimum height of 48 inches (122 centimetres), be a minimum of 16 years of age, and possess the physical and cognitive ability to provide adequate support and supervision.
