All tickets/season passes are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, nor transferable to another operating season. All ticket sales are final. Tickets/season passes are revocable licenses and may be confiscated with no refund of purchase price. No refunds, rainchecks or exchanges will be issued for lost, stolen or unused tickets/season passes.
Please note, if a ticket has been purchased through a third party that is not affiliated with Wet‘n’Wild Toronto, we unfortunately cannot honour and/or redeem these tickets. Wet‘n’Wild Toronto is not responsible for any inconveniences or financial loss caused by unauthorized ticket sales and reserves the right to deny admission into the waterpark.
