Code of Conduct & Park Policies

Welcome to Wet‘n’Wild Toronto Waterpark! We are committed to providing a safe, fun, and family-friendly experience for all guests. By entering the park, you agree to follow our Code of Conduct and Park Policies. Guests who do not comply may be denied entry or removed from the park without a refund.

General Park Entry & Conditions
Admission & Re-Entry
  • All guests must possess a valid admission ticket and comply with park policies upon entry. Guests are required to follow all posted rules, safety instructions, and directions provided by associates, at all times.
  • Entry is subject to park hours.
  • Guests may exit and re-enter with a valid entry stamp.
  • All guests and their belongings are subject to a security check upon entry and each re-entry.

Right to Refuse Entry

Wet‘n’Wild Toronto reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any guest whose behaviour, language, or attire is deemed inappropriate or unsafe, without refund.


Reporting Concerns & Policy

Guests are encouraged to report any Code of Conduct violations or suspicious activity to the nearest associate or email Guest Services at [email protected].

Wet‘n’Wild Toronto reserves the right to revise or amend this Code of Conduct at any time, without notice.

Guest Code of Conduct

We expect all guests to behave in a respectful and courteous manner, contributing to a fun and safe environment for everyone. Examples of unacceptable behavior include, but are not limited to: 

  • Line cutting or saving places for others.
  • Running, horseplay, or any actions that could endanger yourself or others.
  • Blocking pathways, queues, exits, or ride entry/exit areas.
  • Profanity, offensive language, or gestures.
  • Harassment, threats, fighting, aggressive conduct, or any acts of violence.
  • Entering restricted or employee-only areas. If you lose an item, please report it to the employee or visit Lost and Found at Guest Services.  

Failure to follow these rules may result in removal from the park, without refund. 

Dress & Swimwear Requirements
Appropriate Attire
  • Proper bathing attire is required to participate in all attractions. Wet‘n’Wild Toronto welcomes guests from all cultural backgrounds and is committed to accommodating all guests while complying with applicable safety laws and regulations. 
  • Swimwear must be appropriate for a family waterpark. Thongs, transparent clothing, jeans, and other streetwear are not permitted, as well as any clothing or articles that are offensive or otherwise deemed inappropriate. 
  • Guests who require a diaper must wear a swim diaper or water-appropriate diaper. Swim diapers are available for purchase at The Beach Shop.

Footwear & Accessories  
  • Jewelry and loose accessories are discouraged as they pose a safety risk.  For details on permitted attire and accessories, please see the individual attraction pages and posted safety signage.
Safety Guidelines for Rides and Attractions
Follow Posted Instructions 

Guests must follow all ride rules, posted safety signage, and instructions from aquatics personnel and associates. Rules are based on the manufacturer’s policies. For more details, please see the individual attraction pages and posted safety signage. 


Health & Participation 

Guests should assess their own physical condition before using attractions. Guests with the following conditions should not participate in attractions: 

  • Recent Surgery or Illness
  • Heart Conditions
  • Neck, Back or Bone Ailments
  • Pregnancy (with the exception of Coconut Cove pool and Muskoka Soakah Lazy River)
  • High Blood Pressure or Aneurysms
  • Under the Influence of Drugs or Alcohol 
Height & Weight Restrictions 

Guests are encouraged to review the height and weight restrictions listed on each attraction’s webpage or posted safety signage. Height and weight restrictions must be respected at all times, as they are determined by the slide manufacturer to ensure guest safety.  

A scale is available at Guest Services for guests who wish to self-verify their weight before approaching a slide. 


Attraction Downtime and Closures 

All Wet‘n’Wild Toronto waterpark attractions are subject to temporary downtime for routine maintenance, safety checks, repairs, and poor weather conditions in the surrounding designated area as we prioritize guest safety and the integrity of our attractions. Please note that such temporary closures or interruptions are subject to no refund.

For safety and comfort of all guests, the following are not permitted inside the waterpark:

Shelters & Seating

– Umbrellas

Permitted: easy pop-up tent

– Tents

Permitted: children’s play tents, easy pop-up tent

– Personal Chairs including Backpack Beach Chairs

Permitted: collapsible camping chairs, wagons, wheelchairs, and walkers

Recreational & Water Equipment

– Water Toys

– Masks and Snorkels

Permitted: goggles

– Flotation Devices Not Approved by Canadian Coast Guard, Transport Canada, or Fisheries and Ocean Canada

Food, Beverage & Storage

– Outside Food and Beverages

Permitted: reusable plastic & metal water bottles, baby food & baby snacks

– Coolers

– Glassware and Similar Breakable Materials

Electronics & Audio

– Personal Speakers

– Drones

Hazardous, Restricted & Prohibited Items

– Generators, Propane Heaters, Barbeque, and Grills

– Illicit Drugs & Marijuana

– Alcoholic Beverages

– Firearms, Ammunition, Knives and Other Weaponry

Security Screening

For the safety of all guests and associates, all visitors are subject to security screening upon entry and re-entry, which may include bag checks and metal detector scans. Guests are required to comply with instructions from associates and may be denied entry if they refuse screening or attempt to bring prohibited items. Violation of security rules may result in the confiscation of prohibited items and/or removal from the park, without refund.

Cleanliness & Respect for Property

Please help us maintain a clean and welcoming park by disposing of trash responsibly and using bins provided throughout the park. Littering, vandalism, graffiti, or damage to park property, attractions, landscaping, or signage is strictly prohibited. Guests should refrain from moving, removing, or tampering with park equipment or structures. Failure to comply with these expectations may result in removal from the park and/or liability for any damages, without refund.

Supervision of Children

Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising minors at all times. Any child 13 years of age and under must be accompanied by a chaperone who is 16 years of age or older. 


Chaperone 

A chaperone refers to an individual who is responsible for supervising and assisting another guest, typically a child or someone with specific needs, while accessing rides, attractions, or facilities. Their primary role is to ensure the safety and compliance with the rules and regulations of Wet‘n’Wild Toronto.  

Chaperones must meet the following criteria: 

  • Be at least 16 years of age 
  • Be a minimum height of 48 inches (122 centimetres) 
  • Possess the physical and cognitive ability to provide adequate supervision and support
    Personal Property & Lockers

    Lockers are available for rent on a first-come, first-served basis. Wet‘n’Wild Toronto is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. Please secure your belongings and ensure lockers do not block walkways or create hazards. Theft of any kind is strictly prohibited. 


    Lost & Found 

    Lost & Found is available at Guest Services. Please visit Guest Services to report or retrieve lost items that may have been found.  

      Photography & Recording

      Unauthorized commercial recording or use of equipment, including the use of drones, that poses a safety risk is strictly prohibited. Unsolicited photography or video recording that disrupts a guest’s experience or interferes with park operations is strictly prohibited. Filming, regardless of device, secured or unsecure, is prohibited on all attractions, washrooms, and changerooms.

        Alcohol & Smoking
        Smoking 
        • For the comfort, health, and safety of all guests and team members, smoking and vaping of any kind are not permitted inside the park, including attractions, queues, or walkways. 
        • A designated smoking area is available external of the front gate. Please refer to the Park Map for designated smoking area. Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the proper receptacle. 

        Alcohol 
        • Guests must be at least 19 years of age to purchase, possess, or consume alcoholic beverages at Wet’n’Wild Toronto, in accordance with the laws set by the Ontario provincial government. A valid government-issued photo identification is required for each person purchasing, possessing, or consuming alcohol. 
        • The consumption of alcohol is prohibited anywhere on the property, including parking lots and surrounding areas, unless purchased and consumed in designated areas within the waterpark. Bringing alcohol from outside the waterpark onto Wet‘n’Wild Toronto property is not permitted. 
        • Wet‘n’Wild Toronto reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest who is consuming alcohol irresponsibly.
        • Possession or consumption of alcohol by anyone under the legal drinking age, or providing alcohol to a minor, is strictly prohibited.
        Accessibility & Accommodations

        Wet‘n’Wild Toronto strives to make our waterpark both welcoming and accessible to all. Our facilities include wheelchair-accessible parking and entrances, restrooms, and pathways.

        While Wet‘n’Wild Toronto complies with federal and provincial accommodation regulations, there may be some rides or attractions, activities, or areas of the waterpark, which may not be safely accessible to all individuals.


        Mobility Devices 

        Mobility devices, including wheelchairs and walkers, are permitted throughout the park; however, they are not allowed on waterpark attractions due to safety and operational requirements.


        Service Animals & Pets 

        Service animals are welcome inside the park in accordance with applicable laws; proof of status may be required. For the safety of both guests and animals, service animals are not permitted on waterpark attractions and must always remain under the handler’s control. Animals displaying aggressive or disruptive behavior may be required to leave the property. Relief areas are located outside the main gate; guests are responsible for cleaning up after their animals. Service animals must not be left unattended, including in their vehicles. Failure to comply may result in intervention by authorities and could lead to fines or other penalties.

        Pets are not allowed anywhere on the property, including parking lots and surrounding areas.

          Enforcement & Consequences

          Failure to comply with these policies may result in removal from specific rides or areas of the park. Continued or serious violations may lead to ejection from the park without a refund. In severe cases, law enforcement may be contacted. Management reserves the right to amend or update these policies at any time.

            Assumption of Risk & Liability

            Participation in rides and attractions involves inherent risks. Guests voluntarily assume responsibility for participation and agree to follow all safety instructions.  For more information, please review Wet‘n’Wild Toronto’s Terms & Conditions.

              Emergency Procedures

              In case of emergency, follow instructions from associates and personnel. A First Aid Station is available on site for medical assistance.  If you or a member of your party requires first aid assistance, please inform a park associate.
