How do I reserve a birthday party?
You can purchase your Celebration Package online.

What are the steps for reserving a Celebration Package?
- Click the Book Now button.
- Choose Weekday or Weekend, then select the day you wish to reserve.
- Choose your Cabana Location
- Celebration Package include eight people. After clicking Checkout, you can add up to four more guests for an extra fee. Click Buy Now and select the number of additional guests (if any).
- Checkout and enter your information. Before clicking Pay Now, please confirm the information is correct, especially your email address. We cannot issue refunds once the purchase is completed.
- You’ll receive a confirmation of your order on the screen and can view the tickets right away. You will also receive a confirmation email where you can access the tickets. Please check your junk email if you do not receive a confirmation email.
What if I select a date and don’t see availability?
The number of Celebration Package is limited each day. If you do not see availability for the date you are interested in please email [email protected].
Do I need to print my tickets?
Tickets can be scanned directly from your phone. You will either require data on your phone to retrieve the confirmation email at the waterpark or you can save the tickets to your phone in advance. Alternatively, you can print the tickets prior to visiting the waterpark.
How do I know where to go or where to instruct my guests to go on the day of the visit?
Check in at Guest Services inside the waterpark when you arrive. The group leader is responsible for distributing tickets to their guests prior to their arrival or ensure that all guests enter the waterpark together at the turnstiles.
Can I bring desserts for the party?
Yes, you can absolutely bring a dessert for the celebration! We recommend bringing cupcakes and donuts as they’re easier to serve and enjoy, making your experience more convenient. A friendly reminder that sharp objects, including knives, are not permitted inside the waterpark. Kindly be advised that Wet’n’Wild Toronto is unable to store desserts in a refrigerator or within any indoor facility. We are not responsible for any desserts brought to the park.
Can I bring decorations for the party?
Tickets and meal vouchers do not need to be used on the same day and may be used anytime during the 2025 operating season. Pricing does not include HST. Price includes processing fees. No refunds are available for unused tickets and meal vouchers. The purchaser is responsible for distributing tickets to group members.
