Worry-Free Fun with Sunshine Guarantee 

In the event of rain, Wet’n’Wild Toronto attractions stay open. But sometimes, unexpected weather, like thunder and lightning, heavy rain, or extreme conditions, can interrupt your day. 

That’s where our Sunshine Guarantee comes in. Your visit is protected by our Sunshine Guarantee program, which ensures the value of your admission ticket. 

Our Sunshine Guarantee is activated when inclement weather conditions cause all the rides to close for a continuous 2 hours and you are leaving for the day. A Sunshine Ticket will be issued for a return visit during the same operating season.  

To receive a Sunshine ticket, please present your ticket stub, ticket receipt, or online proof of purchase to any Front Gate Ticket Window located at the main entrance as you exit the park.  

Please note: 

Season Pass admission and complimentary admission tickets (including previously issued Sunshine Guarantee tickets) are not eligible for the Sunshine Guarantee ticket.  

Once rides reopen, Sunshine Guarantee tickets will no longer be issued. 

Sunshine Guarantee tickets will not be issued due to weather if the park closes for the day during the last 60 minutes of scheduled park operation. 

Catered and pre-booked meals are not included in the Sunshine Guarantee.   

No cash refunds. Sunshine Guarantee does not apply to parking or additional in-park products or experiences.
