In full or partial consideration for allowing me and any person(s) that I purchase admission to participate in all related activities at Wet’n’Wild Toronto (Park), I hereby warrant and agree that:
1. I am familiar with and accept that there is an INHERENT RISK of injury from, but not limited to: Waterslides, Water Attractions, Pools, Water on Walkways, Decks, Floors, Steps and Restricted Areas
*I KNOW TO BE CAUTIOUS, NEVER RUN, USE HANDRAILS AND WATCH MY STEP AT ALL TIMES.
2. I realize the sole responsibility for my personal safety remains with me. The Park’s staff will do its part BUT I WILL DO MY PART BY OBEYING ALL RULES, SIGNS, PLACARDS, INSTRUCTIONS AND RESTRICTIONS including but not limited to: Reading and Obeying Attraction Signs, Height and Weight Restrictions, and FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS of Lifeguards and Park Staff. I AM WARNED AND WILL NOT PARTICIPATE ON ATTRACTIONS THAT I CANNOT MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF OR IF I HAVE A PRE-EXISTING HEALTH CONDITION.
I UNDERSTAND AND AGREE ON BEHALF OF MYSELF, MY HEIRS, ASSIGNS, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES AND NEXT OF KIN THAT MY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF THIS DOCUMENT CONSTITUTES:

Tickets are issued on the condition that the person to whom it is issued (the “Bearer”) hereby releases WW Toronto Holdings L.P., Premier Parks and its directors, officers and employees and affiliated companies (collectively the “Releasees”) from all claims and liability for personal injury or death or loss of or damage to property that may arise out of or related to the use by Bearer of the premises or its facilities including personal injury or death or loss of or damage to property arising out of the negligence, or failure to safeguard or protect, of any of the Releasees or any other person. Bearer understands that there is risk inherent in participating in the activities that may be undertaken on the premises and Bearer assumes and accepts all such risks, including those attributable to the conduct of other persons. Bearer assumes, and releases the Releasees from, and accepts the foregoing risks both for the Bearer. The Bearer indemnifies and holds the Releasees harmless from and against all claims for damages incurred or suffered by Bearer related or attributable to the Bearer’s use of the premises or participation in any activities.

Unauthorized use or duplication of tickets is strictly prohibited and will result in revocation without refund. No refunds, rainchecks or exchanges if lost, stolen or unused. Conduct that is disorderly, disruptive or in poor taste is prohibited. There is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 while in any public place where people are present.
